Coiling

This painting depicts a serpentine figure, drawing upon itself seconds before it springs to action. A moment of clarity, a decision made with intent. One grows quiet not from fear but to poise themselves for the opportunity. A rippling mass of strength winds together, ready to bolt forth in a blinding flash to seize its quarry. Tension sits still like a tree, yet carries the weight of a mountain.
