This painting alludes to the people who are ever in search of a new passion, a habit that shall leave behind no small measure of accomplishments.

The allure for something new tethers those with the drive to an impetus. Short of satisfaction, they come and go in the briefest moments. Destination is an ambiguous concept, as is purpose a fleeting novelty. Yet, in their pursuit, there will be a great many steps to mark their presence.
