Withstanding

This painting pays homage to those who own to their responsibilities, especially so in providing for those that rely upon them. It is those that reserve themselves ever as the pillar of support for another that deserves the greatest respect. To stand tall and brace the heaven's weight so that the sky does not fall on someone below. On the shoulders of the giants can there be another to raise the limits higher and award their efforts with vindication.
