This painting speaks of the necessity of the mundane in which their absence would be sorely missed. To dwell in the open and become unseen is as simple as it is impossible. To the greater picture, one may never stand out, but to be missing would nonetheless beckon attention like no other. We are the cog of the great machine and it would never be the same without us.
