Milan Sipek Design Studio was founded in 2010 and has been growing ever since. We are now working out of a great new location in Shanghai where we have combined our design studio with an exhibition space and meeting facilities. We are a young energetic collective of people with wide ranging skill sets. Our team supports Milan Sipek in making his concepts into reality. Our tight knit group has formed itself into an efficient and outstanding force in the design scene. Our strong cooperation means we are able to tackle large scale projects, ordinarily reserved for large design firms, with relative ease.
Milan
Milan Sipek, is a designer and artist, living and working out of Shanghai. Here he founded the Sipek Design, Morphit, and Sipek Crystal brands. Milan is head of design at our design studio,where he oversees the creation of all of our designs. Milan is an open minded, free spirited thinker and has surrounded himself with talented people, that are able to interpret his work and keep him grounded when necessary. The Sipek Design team has now been operating successfully for over 6 years, and completed a number of prestigious projects.
Guo Qiming
Graduated from the Media Architecture Department of Bauhaus University in Germany and the Department of Architecture of Tongji University. He is currently the creative director of the China Design Center of Bauhaus University in Germany, the design director of Shanghai Hongding Culture and Art Development Company, the deputy director of the China Building Decoration Association Training Center, the visiting professor of the Beijing Film Academy, and the chief planner of the Design China 100 Forum.
Wade
Meet our head design assistant at our Shanghai design studio. Wade graduated with honors from Xuzhou Architectural University before coming to work with us as a young lad. He has since grown to be integral part of our design team . Wade has traveled with our team across China and the world while working on various architectural, design and art projects.
Sherrill
Introducing the driving force behind our design company and brands. Sherrill is co-founder and general manager of Sipek Design. Her limitless energy, fearless optimism and ability for lateral thinking is what keeps this company grounded and profitable. Sherrill is in charge of everything from client relations to product and material sourcing with a ton of tasks in between. Sherrill is without a doubt one of the most important members within our tight knit team.
Kelvin
Kelvin is from the south of China. He studied art for 11 years.
